Returns / Revocation:
You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt. We ask that you only return undamaged products that can be sold as new. If the product is damaged, please contact us at "support@valkental.de".
How does it work?
Below you will find the return links from each country. Use the link for the country in which you live, enter all the necessary information about your order and print out your returns label. Now all you have to do is go to a DHL post office and hand in the parcel.
We will deduct a flat-rate return fee of €5 from the amount you are refunded.

Returns that are mistakenly sent to our company address from the imprint will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. If the package is accepted by mistake, we will charge a €50 service fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Right of withdrawal for consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and the current value of which depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or periodicals with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery
